The Team
Who We Are

Rashon Bailey
Founder & CEO
Rashon Bailey is the CEO and Founder of Renewed Purpose Treatment Center, LLC (RPTC). Raised in inner-city Richmond, Virginia, Rashon developed a deep awareness of the impact that trauma, systemic inequities, and limited access to resources have on individuals, families, and entire communities. These early experiences shaped his passion for creating meaningful opportunities for healing and long-term wellness.
Rashon understands the unique challenges faced by underserved and urban communities, particularly the lack of accessible education, behavioral-health services, and support systems. He holds a strong passion for supporting underprivileged youth and is especially committed to positively impacting young males. Encouraging school engagement, personal accountability, and healthy decision-making to help them remain on constructive paths and out of the legal system.
A central focus of Rashon’s mission is reducing recidivism by addressing the underlying behavioral-health needs that often contribute to repeated crisis involvement. Through outreach, mentorship, and community collaboration, he works to break cycles of instability and create pathways toward sustainable change for both youth and adults affected by trauma.
Renewed Purpose Treatment Center was established with a vision rooted in service, restoration, and hope. Rashon remains dedicated to helping individuals reach optimal wellness while walking confidently in their true purpose, strengthening not only individual lives but the communities they belong to.
